First impressions count. And how you present yourself both in body and voice can count as much, if not more, than the actual content of your message. It is not enough to know what it is you want to say, you also have to know how to convey your information in order for it to land and be received by your audience. But it also needs to be authentic. I will work with you, looking at body language, voice and the organisation of your content, to make sure that your message is received clearly, authentically and effectively. When your body, voice and content are all working in congruence, when they are all telling the same story, then you know you can rely on the power of your message.
We can work on all aspects of voice, accent, nerves, body language, or if you have a specific presentation coming up, we can work together to hone the communication of your message more effectively.
If I had one thing I could leave my clients with, it would be to emphasise that your breath is your secret weapon: allow yourself to breathe as nature intended, and so many of your communication issues fall away. The body/breath/voice connection is endlessly fascinating and it forms the basis of my work.
